"Dark Knight" Smashes Hollywood Records

"The Dark Knight" has broken a few box office records already. First it broke the top single-day movie grosses with $66.4 million. Then it broke the opening weekend record with $155.34 million, beating Spider-Man 3's $151.1 million record.
Will Hollywood and the MPAA get it? Sluggish box office sales should not be blamed on piracy or DVD sales. It's because of crappy movies. Give us a good movie and we will pay to see it. It's as simple as that.

"Borat" star fools Fort Smith (click for more)

Well, Sacha Baron Cohen pulled one over on Fort Smith last month. 1500 fans showed up to "Blue Collar Brawlin'" at the Fort Smith Convention Center on June 6th. The cage match ended with two male grapplers tearing each other's clothes off and kissing. It was all a stunt for Cohen's latest movie "Bruno".

Needless to say the attendees were not pleased.
